Susan Hale

Susan is an experienced quality and regulatory professional with over 25 years in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to TauTona Group, she has held diverse cross-functional roles spanning from Fortune 500 (Abbott) to emerging growth companies, including Emphasys Medical, Avinger, and Roxwood Medical. Susan has a strong track record in helping emerging growth companies navigate the regulatory landscape to bring products to market by efficiently implementing and maintaining their quality management systems through the product development life cycle to commercialization. She is experienced in building exceptional teams, establishing operational efficiencies to scale business objectives, and effectively transitioning processes during integration. Susan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
