Mike has been developing strategy and driving execution across Medical Device and technology-driven industries for over 30 years. His collaborative style, data-centric approach and broad experience base enable him to generate rapid results.
Mike has served in senior operational roles (COO, VP Ops) at several start-up companies. He also provided Operations Strategy consulting services to medical device and diagnostics companies, including performance improvement, M&A preparation, supply chain strategy, planning, and scale-up. Prior to that, Mike was with PRTM Management Consulting for nearly 20 years, led their US Medical Device practice, and worked extensively in High Tech.
Mike has a BS degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from UC Berkeley
