Mike is a co-founder of TauTona Group where he focuses on product development involving regenerative medicine and stem cell technologies.
Mike is the Deane P. and Louise Mitchell Professor of Surgery and the Director of Children's Surgical Research in the Department of Surgery at the Stanford School of Medicine, specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Prior to Stanford, Mike was Director of Surgical Basic Science and Director of Plastic Surgery Research at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the New York University School of Medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, MD from Harvard Medical School, and MBA from Berkeley/Columbia University. He completed residencies at New York University Medical Center and UCSF Medical Center and a fellowship at the UCLA School of Medicine. To date, he has published over 750 publications and has 5 federal grants to support his research.
Mike is the co-founder of Arresto Biosciences and Neodyne.
